Multifunkční zemědělství: modelové území ORP Sušice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem multifunkčního zemědělství. Hlavním cílem práce je přispět k analýze multifunkčního zemědělství v Česku a zejména jeho vybraným formám: ekologickému zemědělství a agroturistice. Dále analyzovat tyto formy v modelovém území ORP Sušice. Teoretická část se zabývá nejdříve vývojem zemědělství Česka, je zde vysvětlena multifunkčnost zemědělství a dále jsou rozebrány vybrané formy multifunkčního zemědělství. Vlastní terénní šetření probíhalo v regionu Sušicka a jeho cílem bylo analyzovat hlavní problémy spojené s podnikáním v ekologickém zemědělství. Bylo osloveno 8 respondentů, se kterými proběhl řízený rozhovor. Byl potvrzen předpoklad, že počet ekologických farem se neustále zvyšuje. Také se prokázalo, že modelové území ORP Sušice patří mezi oblasti s nadprůměrným počtem ekologických farem a většina farem se věnuje živočišné produkci, což je zřejmě způsobeno horšími přírodními podmínkami v oblasti. The topic of this bachelor thesis is multifunctional agriculture. The principal aim of this bachelor work is contributing to the analysis of multifunctional agriculture in the Czech republic, especially to some of its special forms- ecological agriculture and agroturism. Further the work tries to analyze these forms in the model area ORP Susice. The theoretical part addresses the development, multifuncionality of the agriculture in the Czech republic and then there are analysed the special forms of it. The field investigation took place in the region "Susicko" and its aim was analysing the main problems that are connected with the business in the ecological agriculture. Eight respondents were asked about these problems by using the method of directed interview. The assumption was confirmed, especially that the number of ecological farms increases all the time. It was also confirmed that the model area ORP Susice belongs to the areas with higher than average count of ecological farms. The most of these farms engage in livestock production- particularly it could be caused by the worse natural conditions in this area.
