Začlenění Lucemburska mezi země Koruny české

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je začlenění Lucemburska mezi země Koruny české. Téma bylo vybráno především z důvodu, že nebylo dosud historiografií zpracováno a analyzováno. Dostupná literatura zpravidla bere příslušnost Lucemburska ke Koruně české jako danou skutečnost bez bližšího zdůvodnění. Z toho současně plyne značné množství nepřesností a omylů v literatuře. Největší nepřesností pak je datum či období začlenění Lucemburska ke Koruně české, kdy se udává doba vlády Karla IV. nebo dokonce i Jana Lucemburského. Cílem této práce je tak nejen popsat proces začlenění, ale také vyvrátit trvající nepřesnosti. Z tohoto důvodu se diplomová práce snaží čerpat a analyzovat zásadní skutečnosti především z primárních pramenů a konfrontovat je s literaturou. První kapitola stručně představí instituci Koruny české pro její odlišení od Českého království. Analyzuje pojmy "koruna" a "inkorporace". Dále popisuje vznik Koruny české a analyzuje její základní dokumenty. Následující druhá kapitola se zabývá personální unií mezi Lucemburskem a českými zeměmi za vlády Jana Lucemburského. Nastiňuje předpoklady budoucího vývoje v králově svatební smlouvě s Beatrix Bourbonskou, jeho závěti a v dohodách s Balduinem Lucemburským, trevírským arcibiskupem. The object of this diploma thesis is the incorporation of Luxembourg among the Lands of the Bohemian Crown. This theme was chosen primarily for the reason that it have not been compiled and analyzed by historiography so far. Available literature usually takes the incorporation of Luxembourg in the Bohemian Crown automatically as a fact without further reasoning. As a result of this approach there is considerable amount of inaccuracies and mistakes in literature. Primary inaccuracy is in a date or in a time period determining the incorporation of Luxembourg in the Bohemian Crown, when literature often indicate the reign of King Charles IV or even the reign of King John of Luxembourg. The purpose of this diploma thesis is not only analyzing the process of incorporation, but also disproves continuing inaccuracies. For this reason the diploma thesis draws and analyzes essential facts primarily from original sources and confront them with available literature. First chapter briefly introduces the institution of the Bohemian Crown for her distinguish from the Kingdom of Bohemia. Further it analyzes the terms "crown" and "incorporation".
