Kontrolní systémy procesů řízení ve střediscích volného času

Abstract

Management ve školství stejně jako v jiných oblastech je o řízení, organizování, plánování, vedení lidí a kontrole. Systém v manažerské práci je jedním z podporujících prvků, který usnadňuje dosahování vytyčených cílů. Cílem bakalářské práce byla deskripce stavu kontrolních systémů procesů řízení ve střediscích volného času v České republice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje střediska volného času, procesy řízení a kontrolu. Výzkum ověřil nastavení kontrolních systémů v procesech řízení ve střediscích volného času. Ve výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní metoda - metoda dotazníkového šetření, která poskytla data pro deskripci stavu kontrolních systémů. Souhrnně lze uvést, že ve střediscích volného času je nastaven ucelený či částečný systém kontroly procesů řízení.

Management within education system as in other areas is about general management, organisation, planning, leadership and supervision. The system of managerial work is one of the key supporting elements that simplifies achieving the goals. Intended aim of the bachelor's thesis is the description of the level of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines leisure centres, management and supervisory processes. The research presented in the thesis has verified the setup of supervisory system of management processes in leisure centres. Quantitative research method has been utilised, i.e. method of questionnaire's survey, that showed data for description of supervisory system's level. In conclusion, partial or complete system of supervision of management processes is set in leisure centres.
