Integrace druhé a třetí generace muslimů v SRN: Příklad Severního Porýní-Vestfálska

Abstract

The aim of the work is to analyze the integration of Muslim immigrants, who came to Germany as the guest workers especially in 60th 20th century. Attention is focused to the second and third generation of Muslim immigrants in Germany and their integration in federal state whit the largest number of Muslim population in Germany - North Rhine- Westphalia. The author analyzes the different groups of Muslims in Germany by country of origin, nationality, religion and age. The author based on the criteria compares Muslim immigrants who live in North Rhine-Westphalia with Muslims in Germany. In addition to the analysis and comparison of individual groups of Muslims in NRW and Germany, the author focuses on the integration policy of the provincial Government of North Rhine-Westphalia, which is consistent with the integration policy of the Federal Government. Taken into account is influence of selected Muslim organizations acting in North Rhine-Westphalia on the integration of second and third generation Muslims in society. Based on the information, the author also deals with the integration of Muslim immigrants in North Rhine-Westphalia to the German society in terms of religion, education and in terms of the labour market. Cílem práce je analýza integrace muslimských přistěhovalců, kteří do SRN přišli jako tzv. gastarbeiteři zejména v 60. letech 20. století. Pozornost je zaměřena především na druhou a třetí generaci těchto přistěhovalců v SRN a jejich integraci ve spolkové zemi s jejich největším počtem - Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku. Autorka analyzuje jednotlivé skupiny muslimů v SRN podle země původu, státní příslušnosti, náboženství a věku. Dále autorka na základě stanovených kritérií porovnává muslimské přistěhovalce, kteří žijí v Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku s muslimy v celé SRN. Kromě analýzy a komparace jednotlivých skupin muslimů v NRW a SRN se autorka zaměřuje na integrační politiku zemské vlády Severního Porýní-Vestfálska, která je v souladu s integrační politikou spolkové vlády. Zohledněn je i vliv vybraných muslimských organizací, které působí v Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku, na integraci druhé a třetí generace muslimů do společnosti. Na základě získaných informací se autorka také zabývá problematikou integrace muslimských přistěhovalců v Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku do německé společnosti z hlediska náboženského, vzdělání a z hlediska uplatnění na trhu práce. V závěru práce autorka shrnuje získané poznatky o druhé a třetí generaci muslimů žijící v SRN a NRW.
