ABSTRAKT: Práce se zabývá využitím herní konzole Nintendo Wii v terapii poruch hybnosti horní končetiny u pacientů po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. Cílem bylo prokázat pozitivní vliv intenzivní terapie na herní konzoli Nintendo Wii na aktivní rozsahy pohybů na paretické horní končetině u dvou probandek s pravostrannou centrální hemiparézou a potvrdit hypotézu, že lze prokázat příznivý efekt terapie pomocí Jebsen-Taylor testu. Nejdříve prošly pacientky vstupním vyšetřením, které obsahovalo kineziologický rozbor, goniometrii, neurologické vyšetření a byly provedeny testy Jebsen-Taylor a FIM. Poté proběhlo osm terapií na herní konzoli Nintendo Wii. Každá terapie trvala 45 minut s četností dvakrát až třikrát týdně po dobu čtyř týdnů. Po poslední terapii bylo provedeno výstupní goniometrické měření a testy Jebsen-Taylor a FIM, které byly zopakovány ještě po třech týdnech. Výsledky z goniometrického měření nepřinesly žádné velké změny v aktivním rozsahu pohybu na paretické horní končetině. ABSTRACT: The topic of this thesis was focused on the Nintendo Wii utilization in the therapy of upper extremity motor impairments in patients after a stroke. The aim was to demonstrate the positive effect of intensive therapy on the Nintendo Wii on the active range of motion at paretic upper extremity in two probands with right-sided hemiparesis and confirm the central hypothesis that beneficial effect of therapy using the Jebsen-Taylor test can be proven. First, the patients underwent an initial examination, which included an analysis of kinesiology, goniometry, neurological examination and Jebsen-Taylor and FIM tests were performed. After that the therapy was done using eight games of the console Nintendo Wii. Each treatment took 45 minutes, with a frequency of two to three times per week for four weeks. Output goniometric measurements and tests Jebsen-Taylor and FIM were carried after the last treatment and then repeated after three weeks again.
