Zprávy České školní inspekce jako zdroj informací o porušování právních předpisů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje poznatky získané v rámci studia školského managementu. Zabývá se problematikou nedodržení právních předpisů ze strany ředitelek mateřských škol. Cílem práce je zmapovat a popsat oblasti nejčastějších pochybení (porušení právních předpisů) ředitelek mateřských škol v návaznosti na platné právní předpisy a Kritéria hodnocení podmínek, průběhu a výsledků vzdělávání zveřejněná Českou školní inspekcí a schválená Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Dále pak zpracovat přehled zjištěných pochybení a navrhnout řešení k jejich předcházení. Obsahem praktické části je analýza inspekčních zpráv České školní inspekce, vybrání jednotlivých oblastí, ve kterých ředitelky mateřských škol chybují, jejich sumarizace a porovnání četnosti pochybení. Cílem je navrhnout řešení k předcházení pochybením při řízení mateřských škol.

The bachelor's work contains the facts gained during the studium of the school management. It deals with the problems of the abuse of the legal regulations from the part of the headmasters of the kindergartens. The work is focused on the making a map and the description of the most frequent breaking the rules in the connection with the valid legal rules and the Criterions of the evaluation of the educational coditions, process and results published by the Czech School Inspection and authorized by the Ministry of Education. It offers a research of errors and sugests solution how to prevent from them. The corn of the practical part is the analysis of the inspectional reports and searching for the main fields, where the mistakes are made, then summing up and comparison. The target of the work is to sugest how to prevent from the abuse in the management of the kindergartens.
