První část se zabývá teorií. Ta je zaměřena na anatomii a biomechaniku kyčelního kloubu. Popisuje druhy endoprotéz, typy operací a jejich indikace, kontraindikace a případné komplikace. Její nedílnou součástí je léčebná rehabilitace, která zahrnuje rehabilitační postupy a speciální metody využívané v kinezioterapii po aloplastikách kyčelního kloubu. Ve speciální části uvádím 2 kazuistiky pacientů po implantaci totální náhrady kyčelního kloubu s návrhy krátkodobého i dlouhodobého kinezioterapeutického plánu.

The first part is about theory. It focuses on anatomy of the hip joint and biomechanics. It describes types of the total hip replacements, types of surgery and indications, contraindications and potential complications. It includes also rehabilitation, with rehabilitation procedures and special methods used in kinesiotherapy of the hip joint replacement. In second part there are 2 case reports of patients after the total hip artroplasty with short-term and long-term proposals of kinesiotherapeutic plan.
