Obraz ženy ve veristických dílech Giovanniho Vergy

Abstract

(slovensky): Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bude rozbor ženských postáv vo veristickej próze Giovanniho Vergu s ohľadom na ich prežívanie a správanie. Budem vyhodnocovať ich konanie a na základe toho ich rozdelím do skupín v závislosti od role akú zastávajú. Okrem toho sa v závere chystám nájsť súvis medzi typológiou ženských postáv a Vergovým Cyklom Porazených. V časti teoretickej si zadefinujeme literárny smer, ktorého predstaviteľom je Giovanni Verga, ďalej jeho život a štyri zásadné veristické diela jeho tvorby. Budem sa opierať o citácie a parafrázy z uvedenej sekundárnej literatúry. V analytickej časti predstavím jednotlivé hrdinky s využitím kľúčových momentov z ich života. Budem však pracovať prevažne samostatne aby som poukázala na čo najväčší osobný prínos s využitím citácií z primárnej literatúry. Svoje tvrdenia budem podkladať hlavne dielom od Susana Amatangelo "Figuring Women" s podtitulom "A Thematic Study of Giovanni Verga's Female Characters", ktorá ma v mojom smerovaní ovplyvnila asi najviac. V závere zhrniem všetky poznatky a ženské predstaviteľky rozdelím do univerzálne použitelných skupín.

(anglicky): The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze women figures in veristic prose of Giovanni Verga into account of their behavior and their living. I am going to evaluate their actions and based of this I divide them into several groups according to role that they had occupied. Except of this, in the end, I am going to fine some correlation between women's typology and Verga 's Cykle of Defeated. In theoretical part we define literary stream whose representative is Giovanni Verga, then his four principal veristic Works. I support my statements in based of quotes and paraphrase of secondary literature. In analytical part I am going to introduce each heroine using key moments of their lives. I am going to work by myself to demostrate the biggest possible personal contribution using quotes of primary literature. I confirm my statements using work of Susan Amatangelo called "Figuring Women" subtitled "A Thematic Study of Giovanni Verga's Female Characters", which has influenced me the most. In conclusion I summarize all the knowledge and I divide female characters in universally applied groups.
