Abstract

BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Název bakalářské práce: Neglect syndrom - diagnostika a možnosti terapie z pohledu fyzioterapeuta Abstrakt: Tématem této bakalářské práce je neglect syndrom se zaměřením na diagnostiku a terapeutické možnosti jeho ovlivnění z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je pojata jako literární rešerše na téma neglect syndrom a je zpracována převážně ze zahraničních zdrojů. Poskytuje souhrn základních informací o neglect syndromu - jeho definici dle českých i zahraničních autorů, etiopatogenezi a prevalenci, klasifikaci na jednotlivé subtypy, informace o klinickém obraze a průběhu onemocnění. Nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno diagnostickým postupům, které v souvislosti s neglect syndromem spadají do fyzioterapeutovy kompetence, a jednotlivým možnostem fyzioterapie u pacienta s tímto syndromem. Fyzioterapeutické možnosti jsou rozděleny na běžně používané metody a přístupy a netradiční techniky, se kterými se v českém prostředí zatím nesetkáme. Praktická část je zpracována v podobě kazuistiky jednoho pacienta s neglect sy. a snaží se o aplikaci získaných teoretických poznatků do praxe. OF BACHELOR THESIS Title of bachelor thesis: Neglect syndrome - diagnostics and therapeutic options from the physiotherapist's perspective Abstract: The subject of this bachelor's thesis is neglect syndrome with a particular focus on its diagnostic and therapeutic options from a physiotherapist's perspective. The thesis consists of a practical and theoretical part. The theory is based on neglect syndrome research and has been elaborated mainly using national and international resources. This part provides a summary of basic information about neglect syndrome, including its definition based on Czech and foreign experts, etiopathogenesis, prevalence, classification, clinical symptoms and development of the disease. The major focus is given to neglect syndrome diagnostic procedures, which are of physiotherapist's competence and also to individual physiotherapeutic options available to patients suffering from this syndrome. Physiotherapeutic options are divided into commonly used approaches and methods and into non-traditional techniques, which have not yet been implemented in Czech environment. The practical part consists of a casuistic of one patient suffering from neglect syndrome and is focused on practical application of the theory.
