Abstract

v ČJ: Bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem žen k ambulantním porodům a porodům v domácnosti. Popisuje nejen výhody, nevýhody, ale i možné komplikace těchto alternativních porodů, včetně jejich přínosu. Práce je teoreticko - empirická. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na pět kapitol. První část pojednává o základních pojmech spojených s ambulantními porody a porody v domácnosti. Druhá část se věnuje historii a dřívějším pohledům žen či lékařů na porody. Spontánní porod je popisován v kapitole třetí. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o alternativních metodách porodu, její podkapitoly charakterizují jednotlivé druhy alternativních porodů. Poslední kapitola je věnována výhodám, nevýhodám či komplikacím ambulantních porodů a porodů v domácnosti. Empirická část práce obsahuje výsledky výzkumu, které jsou realizovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty jsou ženy od 18 do 50 let a lékaři specializovaní v gynekologicko - porodnickém oboru. Dotazníkové šetření mělo za cíl zjistit, jaký postoj mají české ženy k ambulantním porodům a porodům v domácnosti, zda mají ženy dostatečné informace o alternativních metodách porodu a pokud by měly možnost, zda by je využily. In my bachelor thesis I will focus on women's stance to outpatient childbirth and home birth. The thesis describes not only advantages and disadvantages but also possible complications of these alternative childbirth methods including their benefits. The thesis is both theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part is divided into five chapters. The first one deals with basic terms regarding outpatient and home childbirth. Second chapter deals with history and stance of former women and doctors to alternative birth methods. Spontaneous delivery is the main topic of third chapter. The following chapter describes the alternative methods of childbirth while its subchapters characterize the particular methods. The last chapter discusses the advantages, disadvantages and possible complications of outpatient child birth and home birth. The empirical part contains the results of a questionnaire survey. The survey participants are women aged 18-50 years and Obstetrician-gynecologist doctors. The questionnaire survey was supposed to determine the stance of Czech women to outpatient childbirth and home birth, to find out whether they are properly informed and if they would choose to use these methods, should they have the possibility to do so.
