Přehled vývoje Nemocnice Na Bulovce od svého založení do současnosti

Abstract

v českém jazyce Bakalářská práce se zabývá přehledem vývoje Nemocnice Na Bulovce od svého založení do současnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat a popsat vývoj Nemocnice Na Bulovce v čase. Práce je koncipována jako historická. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje stavu pražského zdravotnictví v průběhu 18. a 19. století a dále důvodům pro vznik Staré libeňské nemocnice. Druhá kapitola objasňuje pojmenování nemocnice a předkládá plány na zřízení nejdříve Jubilejní městské infekční nemocnice a později všeobecné veřejné nemocnice Na Bulovce. Třetí kapitola pojednává o vzniku a vývoji jednotlivých oddělení v průběhu prvních pěti let od jejího slavnostního otevření. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje období okupace v nemocnici Na Bulovce. Začíná atentátem na říšského protektora Heydricha, líčí práci sester, ilegální činnost i odboj zdravotníků a nakonec popisuje historii plicního pavilonu spolu s budováním pavilonu infekčního. Pátá kapitola řeší stav nemocnice v poválečném období a rozvoj jejích oddělení v druhé polovině 20. století. Šestá kapitola pak mapuje vývoj a další směřování nemocnice na počátku 21. století. Historická práce je doplněna obrazovou přílohou.

v anglickém jazyce This thesis provides an overview of the development of the Hospital Na Bulovce from its foundation to the present day. The aim of this thesis is to map and describe the development of the Hospital Na Bulovce in time. The work is conceived as historical. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the state of health care in Prague during the 18th and 19th centuries and the reasons for the foundation of the Old Libeň hospital. The second chapter explains the naming of the hospital and describes plans to create, firstly, the Jubilee Municipal Hospital for Infectious Diseases and, then, the general public Hospital Na Bulovce. The third chapter deals with the origin and development of each of the departments during the first five years after its grand opening. The fourth chapter describes Hospital Na Bulovce during the period of occupation. It begins with the assassination of Reich Protector Heydrich, explains the work of nurses, illegal activities and resistance and finally leads through the history of the lung diseases department together with the construction of the centre of infectious diseases.
