Chápání spravedlnosti a nespravedlnosti v současné společnosti

Abstract

Objective of the bachelor thesis "Conception of justice and injustice in con- temporary society" is to describe and analyze how people in contemporary Czech society understand the concepts of justice, injustice, and fair and unfair treatment. In the first part of my work I am focusing on the theoretical background of the matters of justice. There I am interested in different types and possible bases of justice, as well as in philosophers who have tried to define justice. This is followed by a practi- cal part of the thesis, which deals with the methodology and the research itself. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 10 respondents. Du- ring the analysis, I try to investigate not only the respondents' definitions of view of justice and injustice, but also concepts with which they identify or associate justice, even terms that their concept of justice conflicts with. The final section provides a comparison of research results to the initial hypotheses and comparison of practical and theoretical parts.

Cílem bakalářské práce "Chápání spravedlnosti a nespravedlnosti v současné společ- nosti" je popsat a analyzovat, jak lidé v současné české společnosti chápou pojmy spravedlnost, nespravedlnost a spravedlivé a nespravedlivé jednání. V první části mé práce se zaměřuji na teoretické pozadí problematiky spravedlnosti. Zajímají mě zde nejen různé typy a možná východiska spravedlnosti, ale i filosofové, kteří se snažili spravedlnost definovat. Poté následuje praktická část bakalářské práce, která je vě- nována metodologii a samotnému výzkumu. Výzkum probíhal formou polo- strukturovaných rozhovorů s 10 respondenty. Během analýzy se snažím vyzkoumat nejen definice pohledu na spravedlnost a nespravedlnost respondentů, ale i pojmy, se kterými si spravedlnost spojují nebo ztotožňují, i pojmy, se kterými jejich pojetí spravedlnosti koliduje. Závěrečná část obsahuje srovnání výsledků výzkumu s počá- tečními hypotézami a srovnání praktické části s teoretickou.
