| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části věnuje vzniku a následným historickým událostem Vojenské nemocnice Brno. Podrobněji popisuje stav jednotlivých oddělení v průběhu let 1968 - 1988 a v současnosti. Praktickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které bylo provedeno formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Zachycuje názory jednoho lékaře a čtyř zdravotních sester na změny v pracovních podmínkách, vzdělávání sester a současné postavení sester ve společnosti. | cs_CZ |

The conditions of hospital wards are described during the years 1968 - 1988 to the present in more details. The practical part includes qualitative research, which was performed by semi - structured interview.
