Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po zlomenině chirurgického krčku humeru a odeznívající komplexní regionální bolestivý syndrom 1.typu, 2. stadium Cíle Cílem práce je podat ucelený popis zlomeniny proximální části humeru s přidruženou diagnózou komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu a ukázka terapie i s jejímy výsledky u pacienta s těmito diagnózami. Metoda Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. V 1. části popisuji anatomii a kineziologii horní končetiny, klasifikaci zlomenin proximálního humeru, možnosti jejich lékařského řešení a především rehabilitační léčby. Dále se v obdobném duchu věnuji popisu komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu. Speciální část popisuje průběh mnou vedené fyzioterapie u pacienta s těmito diagnózami, která proběhla během mé souvislé odborné praxe v termínu 16.1.2013 - 29.1.2013 na Oddělení rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny Vojenské fakultní nemocnice Praha. Výsledky Došlo ke zlepšení rozsahu pohybu v ramenním kloubu i zápěstí a kloubech rukou. Síla horní končetiny se celkově zlepšila. Dále došlo k redukci otoku na paži a snížení bolestivosti při zatěžování končetiny. Schopnost sebeobsluhy se zvýšila a tak i potenciál pro lepší kvalitu života. Title of bachelor's thesis: Case Study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of state after humerus chirurgical column fracture and dissapearing complex regional pain syndrome type 1, stage 2. Objectives The aim of the thesis is to give a complete description of proximal humerus fracture with added diagnose of complex regional pain syndrome. Another aim is a presentation of treatment with its results of a patient with these diagnoses. In the first part I describe anatomy and kineziology of the upper limb, classification of proximal humerus fractures, problems associated with the fractures, the options of their medical and most imoprtantly physioterapeutical treatment. In a similar way I describe complex regional pain syndrome.
