Jsou technologické platformy v Česku vhodným nástrojem na podporu výzkumu, vývoje a inovací?

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá technologickými platformami, které sdružují nejrůznější typy subjektů v jednom oboru a vznikly za podpory Operačního programu Podnikání a inovace. Cílem práce bylo pomocí tří případových studií zhodnotit fungování technologických platforem a přínos pro své členy. Práce má především kvalitativní charakter. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na členskou strukturu a aktivity technologických platforem, na význam různých typů blízkosti při spolupráci jejich členů a vliv na jejich konkurenceschopnost. Práce zjistila přínos technologických platforem v prohlubování vztahů a vzájemné důvěry, která se ukázala jako důležitá pro vzájemnou spolupráci. Sociální a kognitivní blízkost zde představují dva nejdůležitější typy blízkostí ve spolupráci aktérů. Práce také odhalila nedostatky v plnění hlavního cíle technologických platforem spočívajícím v definování a následném naplňování vize oboru. Negativním zjištěním je i absence státní správy mezi členy technologických platforem. Technologické platformy však svými aktivitami formují prostředí pro vznik a šíření znalostí a inovací a pro vzájemnou spolupráci subjektů z odlišných prostředí. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This thesis deals with the technology platforms that bring together different types of actors in the same sector by supporting the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The aim was to use three case studies to assess the functioning of technology platforms and their benefits to its members. The thesis is mainly qualitative in nature. Research questions focus on the membership structure and activities of technology platforms, the importance of various types of proximity in cooperation with its members and the impact on their competitiveness. Thanks to the paper I found out the benefits of technology platforms to deepen relationships and mutual trust, which proved important for the mutual cooperation. Social and cognitive proximity are the two most important types of proximity in cooperation with actors. The thesis also revealed deficiencies in meeting the objectives of technology platforms consisting in the definition and implementation of the vision of the field. Negative finding is the absence of government among members of the technology platforms. Technology platforms are with their activities shaping the emergence and spread of knowledge and innovation for mutual cooperation among actors from different backgrounds.
