Zhodnocení neformálního vzdělávání v organizaci Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR a zpracování inovačních návrhů pro přípravu instruktorů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením současného stavu neformálního vzdělávání v organizaci Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR. Konkrétně je zaměřena na nejvyšší kvalifikaci, kterou je možno získat - instruktorskou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je věnována historickému kontextu skautského hnutí v Čechách, principům a poslání skautingu a deskripci vzdělávacího systému s konkrétním zaměřením na instruktorskou kvalifikaci. Empirická část práce se věnuje zrealizovanému šetření mezi frekventanty instruktorských kurzů a instruktory, které zjišťovalo vnímání instruktorské role a instruktorského vzdělávání z pohledu obou skupin. v závěru šetření jsou uvedena doporučení plynoucí ze získaných výstupů. klíčová slova: instruktor, kvalifikace, skauting, role, kompetence, vzdělávání

This Bachelor thesis evaluates the current state of informal education in the organization Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic. It focuses specifically on the highest possible qualification - the instructor qualification. The thesis consists of theoretical and empiric part. The theoretical part provides historical context of Czech scouting, scouting principles and mission; it also describes the education system with special focus on the instructor qualification. The empiric part contains a survey conducted among the participants of instructor courses and instructors. The survey was aimed at the understanding and perception of the role of instructor and education of instructors from both points of view.
