Záchrana Chvalského zámku, jeho revitalizace a vliv na život v Horních Počernicích

Abstract

Práce mapuje historii a současnost Chvalského zámku s důrazem na jeho rekonstrukci a další vliv na život v Horních Počernicích. Čtenář se nejprve seznamuje s historií zámku a jeho nedávnou rekonstrukcí s pomocí financí ze strukturálních fondů EU, následuje hodnocení oprav a popis současné podoby zámku. V dalších kapitolách následuje analýza programu a hospodaření zámku od r. 2008, kdy byl zkolaudován a popis obnovy přilehlého kostela. Poté autor popisuje živelnou obnovu objektů přilehlého hospodářského dvora, která byla ponechána k obnově soukromému sektoru. V první části práce autor klade důraz na skutečnost, že v minulosti skupina objektů v této oblasti fungovala jako celek a zároveň jako přirozené historické centrum, jde o Chvalský zámek, jeho hospodářský dvůr (dnes označovaný jako Chvalská tvrz) a kostel sv. Ludmily. Zejména během 20. století původní funkce objektů vymizely a objekty zůstaly zcela zdevastované. Po roce 2000 se zde podařilo začít revitalizaci, ovšem ta proběhla u dvora, zámku a kostela ve třech různých rovinách: soukromé, státní/evropské , církevní. The work traces the history and the present of the Chvaly Castle with the emphasis on its reconstruction and further influence on the life in Horní Počernice. The reader is first acquainted with the history of the castle and its recent reconstruction with the help of funding from the EU structural funds. It is followed by the evaluation of the repair and description of the present castle. In the following chapters there is an analysis of the programme and management of the castle since 2008 when it was approved and the description of the revitalization of the adjacent church. Then the author describes the spontaneous restoration of the buildings neighbouring the farmstead that was left to be rebuilt by the private sector. In the first part, the author emphasizes the fact that in the past a group of objects in this region functioned as a whole and at the same time as a natural history centre. It is about the Chvaly Castle, its farmstead (now known as the Chvaly fortress) and the church of Saint Ludmila. In particular, during the 20th century the original function of the objects disappeared and the buildings were completely devastated.
