Větší než malé množství marihuany - podruhé a lépe? (Vnímání změny trestního zákoníku mladými dospělými)

Simona Mertová, 4. ročník SOSP Abstrakt Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak mladí dospělí, tedy kategorie s nejvyšší mírou prevalence užívání marihuany v české populaci, vnímají změny v oblasti konopných drog, ke kterým došlo úpravou zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., jež představuje částečnou dekriminalizaci marihuany. Nová úprava trestního zákoníku vešla v účinnost v lednu roku 2010 a ve své práci jsem zkoumala, zdali po tomto datu došlo u uživatelů marihuany k nějakým změnám spotřebitelského chování nebo postojů a dále také, zda tyto právní úpravy ovlivnily postoje mladých neuživatelů v tom smyslu, že by se nyní rozhodli marihuanu užívat nebo ji alespoň zkusit. Informace o uživatelském chování, postojích a názorech mladých dospělých na toto téma byly zjišťovány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky pak byly získány analýzou těchto rozhovorů. Výsledkem práce je shrnutí, jak novou úpravu trestního zákoníku, přinášející částečnou dekriminalizaci marihuany, vnímají mladí dospělí v České republice a zda-li pociťují, že by nějakým způsobem změnila jejich představy, postoje a chování vztahující se ke konzumaci marihuany.

Simona Mertová, 4. ročník SOSP Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine how the young adults, a category of czech population with the highest prevalence of marijuna use, perceive the changes in the domain of cannabinoid drugs in relationship with recent partial decriminalization of marijuana, induced by latest modification of the law number 40/2009 of the law collection. New modification of the criminal code of law got into effect in January 2010 and in my bachelor thesis I examined whether after this date some changes in the behaviour or in the attitudes of the consumers of marijuana occurred. Further, I tested if some changes occured in the attitudes of the young non-users - in such a sense, that they would decide to use marijuana or at least to try this drug. Data and information about consumer's behaviour, attitudes and opinions were investigated by means of semi-structured interviews. The results were gained by the analysis of these interviews. As result of the bachelor thesis there was a determination of an overall impact of the recent modification of criminal code of law, associated with partial decriminalization of marijuana, on the young adults in the Czech republic as well as the determination of potential changes in the behaviour, attitudes and opinions regarding marihuana use as...
