Abstrakt Bakalá ská práce se v nuje struktu e a uplat ování moci komunistické strany na okresní úrovni, upev ování re imu, úloze Odbor , kolektivizaci a m nové reform na okresu Praha 9 v letech 1948- 1953. Práce popisuje mechanismy kontroly OV KS Praha 9 a jejich uplat ování. Dále zkoumá efektivitu politiky OV KS Praha 9 a její výsledky na lokální úrovni Prahy 9.

Abstract in English This bachelor thesis deals with the structure and application of communist power on the district level. It is mainly focused on consolidation of the regime connected with propaganda. Role the District committee of Czechoslovak communist party on local level, in collectivisation and during the municipal reform in years 1948- 1953. It described the control mechanism of Dictrict committe of CCP in Prague 9 and its own use of these mechanism in Prague 9. Efficiency and its succsess of this policy on local level.
