Etika v sociální práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením

Abstract

Tématem této práce je Etika práce s lidmi s mentálním postižením, konkrétně otázka propojení etiky v sociální práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením. Tématu se věnuji dlouhodobě a vychází z mé práce s těmito lidmi. Úvodní část se zabývá vymezením několika etických teorií, jejichž principy se promítají do sociální práce. Další kapitola se věnuje pojmovému zakotvení sociální práce s lidmi s mentálním postižením a jejím specifikám. V závěru jsou uvedena etická dilemata v sociální práci a k nim jsou připojeny kazuistiky. Kazuistiky popisují jednotlivá etická dilemata pracovníků sociální práce zaměřené na lidi s mentálním postižením.

Theme of this thesis is Ethics of social work with people with learning difficulty, exactly how is ethics connected with social work with people with learning difficulty. Topic is devoted to long-term and based on my work with these people. The introductory part deals with the definition of several ethical theories, principles which are reflected in social work. Another chapter is devoted to concept of social work with people with learning difficulties and its specifics. In conclusion are given ethical dilemmas in social work and case reports. Case reports describe the various ethical dilemmas of social workers work aimed at people with learning difficulties.
