Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se nazývá rekonstrukce trestného činu. Jejím předmětem je pohled na celý tento institut. Upraveno je dějinný kontext, vývoj názorů na tuto problematiku; zahrnuje právní úpravu rekonstrukce trestného činu a vývoj rekonstrukce trestného činu; pojem, podstatu a význam kriminalistické rekonstrukce, pojem rekonstrukce trestného činu, podstatu rekonstrukce trestného činu, význam rekonstrukce trestného činu; druhy kriminalistické rekonstrukce, jako je rekonstrukce místa činu, rekonstrukce hmotných předmětů, rekonstrukce vnější podoby člověka, myšlenkové rekonstrukce; funkci rekonstrukce trestného činu; subjekty rekonstrukce trestného činu; psychologické předpoklady konání rekonstrukce; taktiku rekonstrukce trestného činu, tj. přípravu rekonstrukce trestného činu, základní taktické zásady a postupy rekonstrukce trestného činu, průběh a stádia rekonstrukce trestného činu; dokumentaci a hodnocení výsledků a průběhu rekonstrukce trestného činu a její protokolaci; vztah rekonstrukce trestného činu k jiným vyšetřovacím úkonům, podobnost rekonstrukce trestného činu s vyšetřovacím pokusem.
