Stresory a zvládání stresu při řízení v organizaci, která poskytuje sociální služby

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala stresory a zvládáním stresu při řízení v organizaci, která poskytuje sociální služby. Jako organizaci, ve které jsem prováděla kvalitativní výzkum, jsem si vybrala konkrétní Domov pro seniory a Pečovatelská služba. Tato diplomová práce poskytuje teoretický přehled o problematice stresu (se zaměřením na pracovní stres). Dále poskytuje praktické poznatky o této problematice z jedné konkrétní organizace. Prvním cílem mojí diplomové práce byl popis, s jakými stresory se vedoucí pracovníci přímo setkávají na tomto pracovišti a popis, jak zvládají stres vedoucí pracovníci v této konkrétní organizaci Domov pro seniory a Pečovatelská služba. Zrealizované popisy sloužily vedoucím pracovníkům z této konkrétní organizace jako zpětná vazba a jako podklad pro zrealizovaní druhého cíle. Druhým cílem mojí diplomové práce byl soupis návrhů manažerských opatření pro zlepšení zvládání stresu vedoucími pracovníky v této konkrétní organizaci Domov pro seniory a Pečovatelská služba. Zrealizovaný druhý cíl posloužil této konkrétní organizaci jako podklad pro zlepšení zvládání stresu vedoucími pracovníky. In my thesis I have dealt with stressors and coping with stress during management in organization, which provides social services. As organization, in which I have carried out the qualitative research I have chosen concrete Home for the Elderly and Domiciliary services. This thesis provides theoretical overview about a problems of stress (focusing on work stress). Further it provides practical knowledges about this problems from the one concrete organization. The first target of my thesis was description with such of stressors meet directly the leading workers in this workplace and description how the leading workers cope the stress in the concrete organization Home for the Elderly and Domiciliary services. The implemented descriptions served as a feedback for the leading workers from this concrete organization and also served as the basis for implementing a second target. The second target of my thesis was list of proposals of management measures for improving coping with stress the leading workers in this concrete organization Home for the Elderly and Domiciliary services.
