Abstract

Specifické faktory sociální exkluze seniorů a jejich reflexe ve veřejné správě Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá sociální exkluzí seniorů. Nejprve se snaží na základě rozboru konceptu sociální exkluze najít rámec, s jehož pomocí by později mohl být zkoumán její výskyt u skupiny seniorů. Tento rámec nachází v definování obecných aspektů, které charakterizují sociální exkluzi v rovině sociální, ekonomické a politické, což umožňuje stanovit konkrétní indikátory, jenž je poté možné zkoumat u skupiny seniorů. Ta je v práci definována jako část populace starší šedesáti let. Dále pracuje i s tématem zdraví, které je uváděno jako determinanta, která ovlivňuje všechny ostatní dimenze. Z jednotlivých výsledků postupně vyplývá, že senioři jakožto skupina nevykazují obecně vyšší tendence k výskytu sociální exkluze, než běžná populace nebo skupina nezaměstnaných. Identifikované dimenze byly poté testovány s pomocí sekundární analýzy datového souboru European social surve z roku 2008. Dalším záměrem práce bylo zabývat se reflexí identifikovaných dimenzí a jejich výskytu ve veřejné správě a v jejich různých úrovních identifikovaných na základě konceptu víceúrovňového vládnutí.
