"Supervize organizace" - novodobá potřeba poskytovatelů sociálních služeb

Abstract

The diploma work is dealing with investigation of supervision in the organization which offers residential social service. Supervision support aims at the organisation as a whole and deals not only with rank staff but also with management staff. Its outputs (recommendations) reflect also organization process though. The theoretical part firstly describes supervision in its definition and sense and in the same time is dealing with fields in that supervision has its use. Secondly describes also organisation system as a phenomenon which allows aiming attention of supervision to an organisation itself all according to heading for its progress, learning and culture. This part also includes the theoretical discussion in the field of social services especially after passing the Law of social services (108/06) in relation with connected organisation claims. The author - in the practical part - with the help of qualitative research examines "supervision of organisation" in consideration with its system context. The research is based on material that has been collected during 3,5 years of personally provided supervision in the residential service (The house with special regime) together with the supervisor Mgr. Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním supervize v organizaci poskytující pobytovou sociální službu. Supervizní podpora je zaměřena na celou organizaci a týká se jak řadových pracovníků, tak manažerů, ovšem v podobě výstupů ze supervizí (doporučení) v sobě odráží také organizační procesy. Teoretická část popisuje supervizi v jejím vymezení a významu, přičemž se zabývá i oblastmi, v nichž má supervize své uplatnění. Prostor zde je věnován také organizačnímu systému jako fenoménu, který umožňuje zaměřit pozornost supervize na organizaci jako takovou, v závislosti na směřování k rozvoji, učení a kultuře. Tato část v sobě zahrnuje také teoretickou diskusi na poli sociálních služeb, a to zejména po přijetí zákona 108/06 Sb. o sociálních službách v souvislosti s nároky na organizace s tím spojenými. V praktické části autorka zkoumá formou kvalitativního výzkumu "supervizi organizace" s ohledem na kontext, v němž se systém nachází. Při výzkumu vychází autorka z množství materiálu pořízeného během 3,5 let trvání supervize v pobytové sociální službě (domově se zvláštním režimem), kterou poskytovala osobně ve dvojici se supervizorkou Mgr. Janou Merhautovou. Výzkum spočívá v analytickém zhodnocení dat, vychází z metody grounded theory a výsledkem je návrh teorie poskytování supervize organizace - systému.
