Bakalářská práce je členěna do dvou navazujících částí. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o kolorektálním karcinomu. Popisujeme etiologii a patogenezi kolorektálního karcinomu, screening, symptomatologii, klinickou klasifikaci, diagnostiku, terapii, metastazování a prognózu. Dále se zaměřujeme na obecnou charakteristiku bolesti, na způsoby jejího hodnocení, léčby a na roli sestry při léčbě pacientů pomocí chemoterapie a radioterapie. Dotazníkového šetření se účastnilo 53 pacientů, starších 45 let, kteří se léčili s diagnózou kolorektální karcinom, ve třetím nebo čtvrtém stadiu onemocnění. První dotazník vyplnili pacienti na onkologických pracovištích v Hradci Králové, Pardubicích a Nymburce. Druhý, totožný dotazník vyplnili s odstupem jednoho měsíce v domácím prostředí. The thesis is divided into two consecutive parts. The theoretical part summarizes the findings on colorectal cancer describe the etiology (etymology) and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, screening, symptoms, clinical classification, diagnosis, therapy, metastasis and prognosis. The we focus on general characteristics of pain in the ways of evaluation, treatment and the role of nurses in treating patients with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 53 patients took part in this surfy. All of them were 45 years and older. They underwent medical treatment and were diagnosed with colorectal tumour in the third or fourth stage of the disease.
