Fenomén mačča v japonské kultuře

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o fenoménu čaje mačča v Japonsku v průběhu času. Zabývá se jeho historií, včetně tradičního úzkého spojení s čajovým obřadem, a kontrastně s tradicí se poté soustředí na novou roli čaje mačča v současném Japonsku. Práce nastiňuje měnící se pohled Japonců na tento čaj, v závislosti na době a trendech.

This thesis concerns the phenomenon of matcha in Japan over time. It deals with its history, traditionally closely connected to the tea ceremony, and then focuses on the new role of matcha in contemporary Japan, in contrast to the tradition. The thesis outlines the changing view of this tea, depending on the time and trends in Japan.
