Ochrana těhotných žen a matek v pracovněprávních vztazích a jejich hmotné zabezpečení

Abstract

This thesis "Protection of pregnant women and mothers in labour-law relations and their material security" comprehensively analyzes labour legislation and social security protection of pregnant women and mothers in the Czech legislation. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the elements of this protection in the Czech legislation with respect to their correctness and fairness and if necessary to propose the procedure of de lege ferenda.

Práce na téma: "Ochrana těhotných žen a matek v pracovněprávních vztazích a jejich hmotné zabezpečení" uceleně rozebírá právní úpravu pracovněprávní ochrany a sociálního zabezpečení těhotných žen a matek v české právní úpravě. Smyslem práce je zhodnotit prvky této ochrany v české právní úpravě z hlediska jejich správnosti a spravedlnosti a v případě potřeby navrhnout postup de lege ferenda.
