Abstract

Teorie humanitní demokracie - abstrakt Cílem této práce je analysa otázky humanitní demokracie, jež by vedla k závěru, zdali je tento koncept tím správným východiskem pro soudobou společnost. Autor v úmyslu dobrat se jádra věci zvoleného předmětu práce užívá při svém bádání analythické, synthetické a historické methody. Samotná práce je logicky členěna na část všeobecnou a část zvláštní, kdy nejprve autor nachází problémy a poté usiluje o jejich vhodné řešení. V konkrétní rovině jde o problém transformace částečné demokracie, to jest, demokracie formální, po zdůraznění jejích nedostatků, v úplnou demokracii, tedy v demokracii materiální. Při bližším pohledu se práce skládá ze sedmi kapitol, přičemž každá z nich pojednává o různých aspektech zvoleného tématu. Kapitola první vymezuje některé právní pojmy a myšlenkové kategorie, je tak základem celé práce. Následující kapitola obsahuje genesi a stručný historický vývoj fenomenů demokracie a humanity. Stěžejní a nejdůležitější ideje humanitní demokracie, jako jsou idea humanitní, svoboda, rovnost a bratrství, jsou nastíněny v kapitole třetí. Všeobecná část je uzavřena kapitolou, která analysuje vztah demokracie a liberalismu. Poté následuje zvláštní část, blížeji dělená do tří kapitol. Theory of human democracy The purpose of thesis is to analyse the question of human democracy and to find conclusion if this concept is eligible for society here and now. Author uses analytical, synthetical and historical methods in order to catch the goal of the paper. This research is dealed into universal part and specific part as a logical process. First author finds the problems and after that offer solutions. In concrete how to make from partial democracy, i. e. formal democracy, after accentuation her deficiencies process of changes to full, material democracy. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of topic. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. The chapter two is subdivided into two parts, where author describes genesis and short historical introduction of democracy and humanity. In Chapter Three the most important ideas of human democracy are mentioned, for example idea of humanity, freedom, equality and fraternity. Result of this part is of course fact, that democracy is expression of sovereignty of people.
