Abstract

Vliv edukace prováděné členy anesteziologického týmu na pacienta před a po provedení anestézie. Autor: Šárka Švecová. Školitel: Mgr. Jana Novotná. ÚTPO 1. LF UK v Praze, 2012. Práce je zaměřena na kvalitu poskytnutých informací o anestézii u nemocných, kterým byla podávána celková nebo místní anestézie v souvislosti s prováděným operačním výkonem. Teoretická část práce objasňuje pojmy anestézie, popisuje anestézii celkovou a místní, jejich komplikace, technické zabezpečení i personální zajištění. Dále se zabývá edukací a učením, formami a metodami edukace. Na závěr teoretické části je popsána edukace před a po anestézii. Výzkumná otázka práce je zaměřena na úroveň podávaných informací před a po anestézii. Dílčími cíli práce je zjistit jak nemocní hodnotí poskytnuté informace, za jakých okolností vlastní edukace probíhá a jaké formy edukace používají členové anesteziologického týmu. Výsledky šetření budou využity ke zlepšení a zkvalitnění informovanosti pacientů v jedné z nemocnic. K řešení výzkumné otázky bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku byli osloveni respondenti po operaci ve dvou nemocnicích. V městské nemocnici probíhá podávání informací den před operací přímo u lůžka nemocného, v oblastní nemocnici nemocní získávají informace v anesteziologické ambulanci. V...

The Influence of Education Provided by Members of Anesthesiologist Team on Patient Before, and After Anesthesiology. Author: Šárka Švecová. The dissertation is focused on quality of anesthesia concerning information that is provided patient before and after general or local anesthesia. The theoretical part of the dissertation defines various terms used in anesthesiology, and describes general and local anesthesia together with their possible complications, technical support, and personnel requirements. It is also focused on form and used methods of education and explanation. An example of patient's education before and after anesthesia is described at the conclusion of the theoretical part. The research itself is concentrated on quality of provided information before and after anesthesia. The partial goals of the research were following: to find out how patients accept all the information, under what circumstances the actual education occurs, and what forms of education the members of anesthesiology team use.
