Západ a křesťanství ve vztahu k islámu v kontextu rekonstrukčních snah v Afghánistánu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpretací vztahů českých aktérů na misích v Afghánistánu, především civilních pracovníků a vojáků provinčních rekonstrukčních týmů, a místních obyvatel Afghánistánu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je postavena na názorech Samuela P. Hungtingtona o střetu civilizací a Francise Fukuyamy o konci dějin. V práci je taktéž využíváno názorů jejich kritiků například docenta Miroslava Mendela. Jako metodologický postup je v práci zvolena především diskurzivní analýza. Interpretace názorů českých aktérů v Afghánistánu, jejich postojů a také proměny jejich vnímání odlišné civilizační skupiny byla prováděna na základě rozboru a analýzy relevantních dat. Jednak veřejně dostupných materiálů a informací o misi v Afghánistánu, dále pak na základě publikovaných rozhovorů s účastníky PRT Lógar a také dle výsledků vlastního dotazníkového šetření mezi vojáky a civilními experty. Cílem bakalářské práce je porozumět vzájemnému vztahu českých aktérů a afghánského obyvatelstva v průběhu rekonstrukčních snah v Afghánistánu a zároveň přiblížit, které z teorií o vzájemném vztahu dvou rozdílných kulturních skupin, tedy teorii Samuela Hungtingtona nebo Francise Fukuyamy, se zkušenosti českých vojáků a civilních pracovníků více přibližují.

Bachelor work deals with the interpretation of the relations of Czech participants on missions in Afghanistan, mainly civilian and military staff of Provincial Reconstruction Teams in Afghanistan and local residents. Theoretical part is based on the opinions of Samuel P. Hungtington's clash of civilizations and Francis Fukuyama's end of History. This work also utilized the opinions of their critics such as Associate Professor Miroslav Mendel. As a methodological approach at this work is chosen mainly discourse analysis. Interpretation of ideas of Czech actors in Afghanistan, their attitudes and their perceptions in different civilizational groups was carried out on the basis of analysis of relevant data. First, analysis of publicly available materials and information about the mission in Afghanistan, then on the basis of published interviews with participants PRT Logar and also according to the results of own survey among troops and civilian experts. The aim of this work is to understand the interrelation of Czech actors and the Afghan people during the reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan. And also find out which theory about relationship between two different cultural group is experience of Czech soldiers more simmilar or closer.
