Psychologické aspekty prožívání flow u žáků Základní umělecké školy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prožívání flow a intrinsické motivace u žáků základní umělecké školy (ZUŠ). Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, do jaké míry jsou žáci ZUŠ k hudbě vnitřně motivováni, do jaké míry prožívají při hře na hudební nástroj flow a s kterými psychologickými aspekty tento typ prožívání souvisí. Výzkumný soubor tvořili žáci hudebního oboru ZUŠ Trutnov ve věku 11-18 let (N = 108). Data byla získána pomocí tří dotazníků (Dotazník flow, Dotazník učitel a Dotazník motivace). První dva dotazníky byly vytvořeny pro účely této diplomové práce, Dotazník motivace byl přeložen z anglické verze dotazníku SIMS (The Situational Motivation Scale). Výzkum prokázal, že žáci ZUŠ se domnívají, že zažívají flow relativně velmi často. U většiny sledovaných proměnných se potvrdila statisticky významná souvislost s flow, výsledky ale ukazují, že se jedná o méně těsné vztahy. Výjimkou byl vztah mezi flow a intrinsickou motivací, kde byla prokázána výraznější souvislost. Neprokázalo se, že by prožitek flow žáků ZUŠ souvisel s hrou v hudebních souborech, s rozsahem domácího cvičení, délkou hry na nástroj nebo pohlavím respondentů.

This thesis deals with experiencing flow and intrinsic motivation with pupils of Primary Art School. The aim of this research was to find out the following: to what extent are pupils of Primary Art School intrinsic motivated towards music, to what extent the pupils experience flow while playing musical instrument and what psychological aspects are related to this type of experience. The target group of respondents represented pupils from musical branch at the age from 11 to 18 (N = 108). The data were obtained from three questionnaires (Flow, Teacher and Motivation Questionnaire). The first two questionnaires were created for the purpose of this thesis. Motivation questionnaire was translated from English version of SIMS questionnaire (The Situational Motivation Scale). The research proved that pupils of Primary Art Schoul think, that they experience flow quite often. Most of the observed variables are significantly related to flow, on the other hand the results showed less close relationship as for the flow. The exception was a relationship between flow and intrinsic motivation where closer connection was established.
