Romanizace venkovského osídlení v provincie Thrákie a Moesie Inferior na teritoriu současného Bulharska

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřila na problematiku villy rustici na území Thrákie a Moesie Inferior. Byly prozkoumány romanizační trendy a jejich aplikace na zkoumanou oblast. Výskyt villy rustici byl jedním z důkazů probíhajících kulturních a sociálních změn ve společnosti. Villa rustica reprezentovala nový model římského hospodářství, který byl úspěšně adoptován na území Thrákie a Moesie Inferior. Pro lepší pochopení fenoménu villa rustica byl sestaven seznam základních lokalit, představujících reprezentativní vzorek pro toto území. Na základě předešlých výzkumů a publikací byla vypracována základní typologie vill rustic, která respektovala lokální specifika. V neposlední řadě byla prozkoumaná problematika venkovského osídlení - vici, které jsou důležitým prvkem pro pochopení vývoje společnosti.

This study is focused on problems of the Villa Rustica in Thrace and Moesia Inferior. Trends of romanisation were examined and applicated on the area. The occurrence of Villa Rustica was the evidence of ongoing cultural and social changes in society. Villa rustica represented another new model of Roman economy, which has been successfully adopted in the Thrace and Moesia Inferior. For better understanding of the phenomenon villa rustica, I have made a list of basic sites, which are representative sample for this territory. Based on previous research and publications I have developed basic typology of Villa Rustica which respected the local specifics. Last but not least was to explored issues of rural settlements - Vicus, which is an important element for understanding the evolution of society.
