Kulty hor a vod v tradičním Vietnamu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou horských a vodních kultů v tradičním Vietnamu, tedy v období od 11. do poloviny 19. století, viděných skrze primární prameny. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na vývoj vztahu nadpřirozena a státu. Dále jsou v kontextu vietnamských náboženských představ obecně charakterizována vodní a horská božstva, jejich kulty a praktické aspekty jejich uctívání. Nakonec se práce podrobněji zabývá vybranými významnými kulty hor a vod.

This thesis examines the problem of mountain and water cults in traditional Vietnam, e.g. in the period from 11th to mid 19th century, as seen through primary sources. First the relationship between the state and the supernatural is examined. Then the water and mountain deitties, their cults, and practical aspects of worship are characterized in the general context of Vietnamese religious beliefs. Follows a more detailed study of some of the most important mountain and water cults.
