Gruzínsko-ruské vztahy v období let 2004 -2011 Boj za nezávislost Gruzie

Abstract

Tato magisterská práce se zabývá mapováním a analýzou Rusko-gruzínských vztahů v období mezi roky 2004-2011. Zaměřuje se především na vývoj vztahů po nástupu nového gruzínského prezidenta Mikhaila Saakašviliho a po jeho transformaci gruzínské politiky. Práce je chronologický rozdělena na historické ose vývoje událostí, počínaje od historie Gruzie a vzniku gruzínského národa se autor dostává k problematice srpnové války v roce 2008. Hlavním cílem této práce je najít příčiny války mezi Ruskem a Gruzii, zmapovat jejích dlouholeté nepřátelské vztahy a pokusit se najít možnost jejich řešení. Východiskem práce je předpoklad, že Gruzie a Rusko vždy byli národy kulturně si velmi blízké a proto i jejích přátelské vztahy jsou nutností pro regulaci konfliktů na hranicích Gruzie. Rusko jako silnější soused, vždy mělo převahu nad Gruzii, proto v dalších kapitolách je zdůrazněná nutnost zásahu mezinárodních organizaci, jako je NATO, OBSE, EU atd. do otázek rusko- gruzínského konfliktu, aby se mocenské síly vyrovnaly na obou stranách. V posledních kapitolách se práce věnuje intervenci mezinárodního společenství, jestli i nadále jejich tlak na Rusko bude intenzivní a zda v budoucnu budou schopné uskutečnit jednání mezi Ruskem a Gruzii, které by schválilo řešení konfliktů mírovou cestou? This master thesis deals with the mapping and analysis of Russian-Georgian relations in the period between 2004-2011. It focuses primarily on the development of relations after the onset of the new Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and after his transformation of Georgian Policy. The work is divided into chronological historical axis of events, from the history of Georgia and Georgian people, the author gets to the problems of August war in 2008. The main objective of this work is to find the causes of the war between Russia and Georgia, to map out its long-standing hostile relations and try to find its solutions. Starting point of this work is the assumption that Georgia and Russia have always been nations culturally very similar and therefore its friendly relations are essential for the regulation of conflicts on Georgia's borders. Russia as a powerful neighbor, has always had a superiority over Georgia. Therefore, in subsequent chapters is enhanced the need for intervention by international organizations such as NATO, OSCE, EU, etc. issues in Russian-Georgian conflict, in order to offset the forces of power on both sides.
