Analýza pracovní spokojenosti pedagogů volného času v domech dětí a mládeže

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce Analýza pracovní spokojenosti pedagogů volného času v domech dětí a mládeže je analyzovat profesi pedagog volného času z hlediska pracovní spokojenosti. Zjistit, které aspekty pracovní spokojenosti považují pedagogové volného času za důležité a jakou u nich vyjadřují spokojenost s aktuálním stavem. Navrhnout řešení v oblastech, kde na základě výzkumu pedagogové volného času vyjadřují největší rozdíl mezi důležitostí a spokojeností. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů dům dětí a mládeže, pedagog volného času, zájmové vzdělávání, teorie pracovní spokojenosti a faktory pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část vychází z výzkumného šetření prováděného formou dotazníku na základě čtyř stanovených hypotéz. Závěr práce přináší návrh řešení.

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.
