Ženy v Asociaci protifašistických skupin aneb "Nejde jen o to, aby i holky mohly mlátit nácky" (Analýza postavení žen-antifašistek ve vybrané antifašistické organizaci)

Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to discover what is the status of women in czech Association of anti- fascist groups (AAFG). I am interested in how gender affects and limits the participation of women within the movement. This thesis also aims to describe the inner workings of selected anti-fascist organisation. The theoretical part is devoted to show the concept of subcultural and social movement, which is the Association of anti-fascist groups (AAFG) part. I will also offer a gender perspective of the researches of subcultures and women's participation in them to the readers. The main part of the thesis describes selected methods of the research - especially semi-structured interview and semiotic content analysis - and their use in practice. This part of the thesis is at the same time devoted to the theme of ethical discussion of the research and research's self-reference of the researcher. Then this part analyzes the data and presents the findings resulted from the research. In this thesis I focus on the "revival" of the Association of anti-fascist groups (AAFG) and its possible impact of larger involvement of women.

Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké je postavení ženy v české Asociaci protifašistických skupin (APFS). Zajímá mne, jak gender ovlivňuje a limituje účast žen na životě hnutí. Diplomová práce si současně klade záměr popsat vnitřní fungování vybrané antifašistické organizace. V teoretické části se věnuji představení konceptu subkultur a sociálních hnutí, jehož je Asociace protifašistických skupin (APFS) součástí. Čtenářům a čtenářkám nabídnu i genderovou perspektivu výzkumů subkultur a ženskou participaci v nich. Empirická část popisuje zvolené metody výzkumu - především semi-strukturované interview a sémiotickou analýzu obsahu - a jejich využití v praxi. Tato část diplomové práce zároveň tematizuje etické diskuze výzkumu a výzkumnou sebereflexivitu badatelky. Následně analyzuji výzkumná data a prezentuji závěry z nich vyplývající. V práci se zaměřuji na "obrození" Asociace antifašistických skupin (APFS) a jeho možný dopad na početnější zapojení žen.
