Neúspěch běloruské tranzice: delegativní demokracie?

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Neúspěch Běloruské tranzice: delegativní demokracie?" se skládá z dvou částí. Ve své první části se práce zabývá tranzicí v Bělorusku za použití teoretického konceptu Samuela Huntingtona, který nabízí ucelenou typologii typů přechodů k demokracii. Při analýze přechodu v Bělorusku se práce zaměřuje na sílu a motivy jednotlivých aktérů. Druhá část se následně zaměřuje na současnou podobu režimu a snaží se analyzovat logiku fungování režimu. Teoretickým rámcem byla zvolena teorie hybridních režimů se zaměřením zejména na teorii delegativní demokracie Guillerma O'Donnella. Thesis "Failure of Belarussian Transition: Delegative Democracy?" consists of two main parts. The first part is focused on process of transition in Belarus. As a theoretical framework a theory from Samuel Huntington was used. His theory proposes whole typology of transitions to democracy. The analysis of transition in Belarus focuses on strength and motives of constituent actors. The aim of the second part is then a contemporary regime and an attempt to analyse the logic of the regime. Theory of hybrid regimes was used as a theoretical framework, and was mostly focused on theory of Delegative Democracy form Guillermo O'Donnell.
