Emotional Eating, Overeating, Overweight, Food Addiction, Psychogonical Eating DisordersPráce je zaměřená zejména na lidi, kteří se jídlem utěšují a řeší jím své problémy. Psychosociální faktory jsou nejčastější cestou k nadváze a obezitě, které jsou označovány za epidemii 21. století. Proto bakalářská práce vychází z významu jídla pro psychiku a z jeho vlivu na přejídání, které může vést k nadváze a obezitě. Emoční jedení je těsným propojením mezi emocemi a jídlem a zejména mezi ženami je velice rozšířené. V rámci léčby obezity by se proto měli odborníci zaměřit zejména na psychiku a nabídnout takovým lidem psychoterapeutickou pomoc.
This paper is particularly aimed at people who console themselves with food to solve their problems. Psychosocial factors are the most common reasons for overweight and obesity, which are thought as the epidemic of the 21st century. Therefore this bachelor thesis is concentrating at the impact on food over the psyche and overeating, which can lead to overweight and obesity. Emotional eating is a close link between emotions and eating, and especially among women is it quite widespread. Therefore should be experts by the treatment of obesity in particular focus on the psyche of these people and offer them psychological assistance.
