Emoční inteligence jakou součást inteligentního chování

Abstract

Pro svou práci jsem si vybrala téma emoční inteligence a její úlohu v průběhu lidského života. Ráda bych se jejím prostřednictvím zamyslela nad její důležitostí, úlohou a možnostmi rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí: První část obsahuje obecné informace, vymezení pojmů a vztah emoční inteligence k inteligenci kognitivní, její srovnání s inteligencí sociální. Rovněž jsou zde zmíněny diskutabilní faktory ovlivňující EQ. Druhá stěžejní část práce mapuje úlohu emoční inteligence v dětství a ve výchovně- vzdělávacím procesu ( vliv EQ na školní úspěšnost, výkon, motivaci, jak školy pracují s EQ). Poslední oblast se zaměřuje na EQ v dospělosti. Zamýšlí se nad úlohou a důležitostí emočních dovedností na cestě k úspěšné kariéře, uspokojivému partnerskému životu a vyrovnanému postoji k životu v postproduktivním období.

For my bachelor work I have chosen emotional intelligence and it's function in the course of human life as a subject of my investigation. I wrote about it's importance, function and possibilities of it's development. My work is divided into three parts. The first part contains general informations, definitions of basic terms, the relation of emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence, and it's comparison with social intelligence. In this part I also mentioned debatable factors affecting EQ. The second part of my paper is the most important. Here I have done a survey of what is the function of emotional intelligence during childhood and nurture, and in education process (the influence of EQ on achievement, success and motivation in education, how schools work with EQ). The last part is about EQ in adulthood. Here I was thinking about the function and importance of emotional skills in the meaning of successful career, comfortable relationship and well-balanced attitude in postproductive period of life.
