Agresivita žáků na českých školách

Abstract

Práce se zabývá agresivním chování žákům na českých školách. Po významných teoriích agresivity 20. století se především zaměřuje na význam klimatu školní třídy pro celou problematiku agresivity žáků, kde je kladen důraz na postihnutí otázek kolem autority učitele a vytváření třídních pravidel chování. V poslední části jsou ústředním tématem kompetence učitele a to nejen jejich vymezování k agresivnímu chování žáků, ale též zamyšlení se nad jejich životností v době stále se zvětšujících požadavků na roli učitele.

My work is dealing with aggressive behaviour of pupils at Czech schools. After introducing significant theories of aggressivity of the 20th century, it is mainly focusing on meaning of a classroom climate as the main factor influencing the whole problem addressed above. The main emphasis is put on the teacher's authority and creating classroom rules of behaviour. In the last part, the central topic is competence of the teacher, not only in connection with the pupil's aggressive behaviour, but also its duration in the time of still higher requirements linked to the role of a teacher.
