Práva pacientů

Abstract

The first mentions about The Patient's Rights have come from France since the 50's the last century. Twenty years later, in 1971, the first ethical codex of Patient's Rights was drew up by a pharmacist David R. Anderson (USA) and one year later is was adopted and declared by the American Associations of Hospital. In Czechoslovakia is spoken about the Patient's Right for the first time after The November Revolution and it was declared in our country on 25th February 1992 by Central Ethical Commission of Medical Office of The Czech Republic. The described all the history of progressing and rising of the ethical codex of The Patient's Rights in the first, theoretical part of my work. As a starting point I have indicated The Human Rights which are creating a base of our contemporary society and every other ethical codex of mankind is arising from it. In addition to The Human Rights, there was Hippokrates 'Oath , dating back from the 5th century B.C., which has had not small influence on the rice of The Patient's Rights. První zmínky o Právech pacientů pocházejí z Francie 50. let minulého století. O dvacet let později, roku 1971, sestavil první kodex Práv pacientů lékárník David R. Anderson (USA) a o rok později jej přijala a vyhlásila Americká asociace nemocnic. V Československu se o Právech pacientů začíná mluvit až po listopadové revoluci a vyhlášena u nás byla 25. února 1992 Centrální etickou komisí Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána historie vývoje a vzniku etického kodexu Práv pacientů. Jako výchozí bod jsem stanovila lidská práva, která tvoří morální základnu naší současné společnosti a z nichž vycházejí všechny etické kodexy lidstva. Kromě lidských práv měla nemalý vliv na vznik Práv pacientů i Hippokratova přísaha, která se svým vznikem datuje do 5. stol. př. n. l. Dalším důvodem ke vzniku tohoto etického kodexu byly i vývojové linie ošetřovatelství, které postupně přecházelo od linie charitativní přes linii medicínskou až k orientaci na výkony, kdy se nemocný vytratil ze středu zájmu ošetřovatelského personálu. Poslední vývojovou fází ošetřovatelství je orientace na problémy, kdy se nemocný vrací zpět do středu zájmu zdravotníků.
