Bechtěrevova nemoc a možnosti její léčby z hlediska fyzioterapie

Abstract

Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřena na onemocnění s názvem Bechtěrevova choroba, jiným názvem ankylozující spondylitida. V úvodu této práce jsem se zaměřila na svoji motivaci a cíl této práce, proč jsem se rozhodla o tom tématu napsat. Také jsem se zmínila o původu této nemoci, o její historii a průběhu vzniku. V praktické části jsem se soustředila na anatomický popis lidského těla, především páteře a svalů zad a kořenových kloubů. Nechybí zde ani podrobné vyšetření a diagnostika nemoci. Chtěla jsem především poukázat na to, jak se tato nemoc, která je nevyléčitelná, projevuje, jak s ní člověk vůbec dokáže žít a zda je možné alespoň částečně zmírnit potíže, které s sebou přináší. V této práci chci především poukázat na to, jaké metody ve fyzioterapii se dají na zmírnění progrese využít, jak naučit postiženého člověka s touto nemocí žít a zařadit se tak do aktivit běžného denního života a v neposlední řadě najít s tímto onemocněním pracovní uplatnění. Chtěla jsem zde také porovnat dvě naprosto odlišná stadia tohoto onemocnění a to pacienta s V. stupněm postižení, jehož pohybová omezení jsou trvalá, a pacientem, který má I. stupeň postižení, což mu prozatím větší problémy nezpůsobuje. My bachelor thesis is focused on the disease called Bekhterev's disease, also known as ankylosing spondylitis. In the introduction to this thesis, I focused on my motivation and objective of this work, why I decided to write about this topic. I also mentioned the origin of this disease, its history and it's mechanism of occurence . In the practical part, I focused on the anatomical description of the human body, especially the back muscles, spine and root joints. There are even a detailed examination and diagnosis of the disease. I wanted to point out how the disease is incurable, how it occurs and whether the problems that entails can at least be partially be alleviated. I wanted to especially point out the methods of physical therapy which can be used to reduce progression of bekhterev's disease, teach affected people to live with this disease and be able to fit into the activities of daily life and ultimately find a job that is suitable for patients. I also wanted to compare two completely different stages of the disease: the patients with the fifth degree of disability with permanent movement restriction, and patients who have first degree of disability, which causes far more problems and of course, their individual approach to the disability and mental condition, both of which are very different.
