| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis is related to medical documentation, its legal importance and it role for the work of nurses. It is focussed on the interaction of respondent to the questionnaire and nursing documentation. The main part of the thesis review time load required for the acquisition of nursing care documentation and the level of satisfactions with the graphic appearance of the nursing care documentation and also explores the function of nursing care documentation in the care provided to the client. The study group consist of students of medical school, non-medical healthcare workers and medical doctors. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotnickou dokumentací, jejím právním významem a pojednává o roli zdravotnické dokumentace v práci sestry. Zabývá se vztahem respondentů k ošetřovatelské dokumentaci. Stěžejní úseky práce řeší míru časové zátěže, spokojenost s grafickou podobou ošetřovatelské dokumentace a mapuje úlohu ošetřovatelské dokumentace při péči o klienta.
