Němečtí spojenci v bitvě u Stalingradu 1942/1943

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o působení armád německých spojenců, tj. Rumunů, Italů a Maďarů, v bitvě u Stalingradu. Je koncipována tak, aby zachytila vývoj událostí od počátku angažování Rumunska, Itálie a Maďarska na východní frontě až po zničení jejich čtyř armád během zmiňované bitvy. Cílem práce je zhodnotit výkon rumunských, italských a maďarských jednotek a poukázat na nekamarádské chování německých vojáků vůči jejím spojeneckým spolubojovníkům. Rovněž se zabývá otázkou, zda jsou za porážku svých spojenců zodpovědní i samotní Němci, a pokud ano, jak velkou měrou.

This work discusses action of armies of German allies, i.e. Romanians, Italians and Hungarians, in the battle of Stalingrad. It is conceived so that to catch the development of events from the beginning of involvement of Romania, Italy and Hungary on the eastern front to the destruction of their armies during the mentioned battle. The aim of work is to evaluate the performance of Romanian, Italian and Hungarian troops and point out to unfamiliar behaviour of German soldiers to their allied brothers-in-arms. It also deals with a question if Germans themselves are responsible for the defeat of their allies, and if they are, how much.
