Spolupráce zaměstnavatelů a škol jako forma získávání zaměstnanců

Abstract

Spolupráce zamestnavatelu se školami je jednou formou získávání zamestnancu. V teoretické cásti této práce je spolupráce zamestnavatelu a škol zarazena do systému personálních cinností. Dále jsou detailne popsány aktivity ve spolupráci se školami, které realizují nekteré organizace. Zmínena je i aktuální situace ve spolupráci zamestnavatelu a škol. V praktické cásti je popsána konkrétní spolupráce se školami ve spolecnosti Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech s.r.o. Forma spolupráce v této organizaci je dále porovnána s dalšími dvema organizacemi, které mají na ceském trhu delší pusobení. Na základe srovnání s temito spolecnostmi je doporuceno možné zlepšení pro spolecnost Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech s.r.o.

Cooperation between employers and schools is one form of recruitment. In the theoretical part of this work is the cooperation between employers and schools included in the system of personal activities. Further activities are described in detail in conjunction with schools run by some organization. Mentioned is also the current situation of cooperation between employers and schools. The practical part describes the specific co-operation with schools in the Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile United Ltd. Form of cooperation in this organization is also compared with two other organizations that are on the Czech market for longer effect. Based on a comparison with these companies is recommended possible improvements for Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile United Ltd.
