Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu nejvýznamnějších indických politických stran z hlediska jejich historie, charakteru a vlivu na vývoj politické situace v zemi. Důležitou složku práce tvoří kapitola o vývoji politické scény od počátků formování prvních politických spolků v 1. polovině 19. století až po poslední celoindické volby v roce 2009. Práce obsahuje stručný politologický úvod, v němž vysvětluji základní pojmy související s tématem.

This bachelor thesis aims at providing a description of the most significant Indian political parties in terms of their history, character and influence on the development of the political situation in the state. An important part of the work consists in tracing the development of the Indian political scene from the beginning of the formation of the first political groups in the early 19th century to the last Indian general election in 2009. The work contains a brief political introduction explaining the basic concepts associated with the theme.
