Analýza možností automatizace knihovních procesů v knihovně Ústavu termomechaniky Akademie věd ČR, v.v.i.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi inovace v knihovně Ústavu termomechaniky. Výchozí část obsahuje ve struktuře dekompozice knihovního systému rozbor stávající situace. Zejména je sledována míra automatizace knihovních procesů a zpřístupnění fondů, včetně šedé literatury. Dalším výchozím materiálem je průzkum informačních potřeb zaměstnanců ústavu. Klíčovým výsledkem průzkumu bylo zjištění nevhodného složení titulů periodik ve fondu knihovny. Následuje návrh automatizace implementací knihovnicko informačního systému. Samostatnou částí je návrh efektivního uložení a zpřístupnění výzkumných zpráv. V závěru práce jsou naznačeny další možnosti rozvoje.

The thesis deals with the possibilities of innovation in the library of the Institute of Thermodynamics. Default section contains in the decomposition structure of the library system the analysis of current situation. In particular, the degree of automation of library processes and access to funds, including gray literature is observed. Other source material is a survey of information needs of employees of the institute. The key result of the survey was the detection of insufficient composition of the titles of periodicals in the library. A proposal of automation of implementations of library information system follows. A separate part is the proposal of efficient storage and access to research reports. In conclusion, there are outlined possibilities for further development.
