Současná rodina dítěte předškolního věku a volný čas

Abstract

Rodina má pro dítě předškolního věku nezastupitelný význam. Je základním faktorem, který určuje jeho celkový rozvoj a charakter trávení volného času. Důležité jsou společné aktivity dítěte a rodičů či prarodičů, kteří hrají významnou roli ve výchově předškolních dětí ke smysluplnému využití volného času. Volba aktivit by měla být přiměřená věku dítěte, měla by vycházet z jeho potřeb, schopností a dovedností. Aktivity by měly být zajímavé, pestré, z různých oblastí a měly by mít hrový charakter. Hlavní náplní volného času dětí by měla být hra. Provedené výzkumné šetření ukázalo, že většina matek tráví s dítětem více času než otec, s tím, že největší rozdíl nastává v pracovních dnech. Spektrum uváděných aktivit bylo u rodičů širší než u dětí, ale byla zde dobrá shoda v dominantně uvedených hrách a pohybových aktivitách. U rodičů patřily k dominantním ještě celodenní aktivity mimo pracovní den. Naprostá většina rodičů uvedla, že se prarodiče dítěti věnují alespoň 1x za 14 dní a že se podílejí na jeho výchově. Děti také uváděly, že si s prarodiči hrají a že s nimi tráví čas venku. Z odpovědí dětí též vyplynulo, že si nejvíce dívek nejraději hraje s matkou či kamarádkou a nejvíce chlapců s kamarádem či bratrem. One of the most important activities are the shared activities of the child and his parents or grandparents, who play an important role in raising of preschool children and showing him a meaningful use of free time. The choice of free time activities should be appropriate to the child's age and should be based on their needs, abilities and skills. The activities should be interesting, varied, from different areas and should have the character of a play. The main way for children to spend free time should be a game. My research has shown that most of the mothers spend more time with their child than the father, with the largest difference occurring during working days. The range of activities reported by parents was greater than those reported by children, but there was a good agreement in the predominantly indicated plays and physical activities. Among the parents' predominant activities were also full-time activities outside the working day.
