Proměny organizace a řízení akvizičního oddělení Státní technické knihovny od roku 2001 do roku 2009

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá organizací a řízením akvizičního oddělení Státní technické knihovny (STK). Jejím cílem je analyzovat, popsat a zhodnotit proměny akvizice realizované v letech 2001-2009. Práce vychází z teoretických předpokladů organizace práce, které jsou popsány v úvodní kapitole. V teoretické rovině text seznamuje s náplní práce akvizitérů v knihovnách. Po úvodních dvou kapitolách následuje praktická část práce. V této části je provedena dekompozice statických a dynamických prvků STK, které souvisejí s činností akvizitérů. Dále jsou zachyceny proměny organizační struktury knihovny, která se formovala v průběhu reorganizací. Akvizice je nejen vstupním procesem spletitého informačního systému, ale také stojí na začátku linky zpracování, která je v textu popsána. Proměnám akvizičního oddělení STK je věnována samostatná kapitola, kde je podrobně rozebráno uspořádání akvizice a náplň práce akvizičních pracovníků. Působení akvizice dokreslují statistické výkazy. V závěrečné kapitole jsou vyhodnoceny uskutečněné organizační proměny akvizičního oddělení.

The thesis deals with the organization and management of the Department of Acquisition in the State Technical Library (STL). The aim of the thesis is to analyse, describe and evaluate changes in acquisition carried out in the years 2001-2009. It is based on the theoretical assumptions of work organization which is described in the opening chapter. The text on the theoretical level introduced the job responsibilities of acquisitioners in libraries. The practical part of the thesis follows the first two chapters. In this part of the thesis, a decomposition of static and dynamic elements in the STK is made, which is related to the acquisitioner's work. Next, transformations in library organizational structure which were formed during reorganization changes are described. Acquisition is not only the entry process of the intricate information system, but also stands at the beginning of the processing line, which is described in the text. A separate chapter is devoted to variations of the Department of Acquisition in the STL, where acquisition structure and acquisitioner's responsibilities are analyzed in detail. Acquisition effects are illustrated with the statistical statements. Organizational changes carried out in the Department of Acquisition are evaluated in the final chapter.
