Jazykové ústavy jako instance organizovaného jazykového managementu

Abstract

Cílem práce je seznámit odbornou veřejnost s konkrétními činnostmi "národních" jazykových ústavů. První částí je krátký teoretický úvod do problematiky a nastínění obecného historického kontextu jazykového plánování. Jsou představeny jednotlivé vlivy v sociolingvistice a poté jednoduchý a organizovaný jazykový management. Několik dalších vět je věnováno mikro i makro úrovni jazyka a obecným funkcím jazykového managementu. Poté následuje popis činností a problémů, se kterými se setkávají při své práci lingvisté, pracující v jazykových institucích. Jedná se o práci Ústavu pro jazyk český Akademie věd a práci Jazykové kanceláře Gramma. Zajímavé je představení materiálu získaného z rozhovorů s pracovníky. Na konci práce je krátké porovnání jazykových institucí a závěr.

The goal of this work is to focus on specific activities of the"national" language institutions. The first part is a short theoretical introduction to related problems and foreshadowing a common historical context of language planning. Thereafter the individual influences are presented in sociolinguistics and than simple and organised language management is described. Several other sentences are devoted to the micro and macro level and general features of the language management. Following the description of activities and problems which are the people in language institutions confronted at their work. Specific examples of institutions are the Czech Language Institute of the Academy of Sciences and the Language office Gramma. Interesting is the presentation of materials obtained from discussions with the employee of the language institutions. At the end of this work there is a short comparison of the mentioned language institutions with conclusion.
